Tickets, vouchers and questions
All of these are on the Registration tab of your event’s management page.
Registration settings
Section titled “Registration settings”The top of the tab summarises how registration works:
- Registration: Open, or Approval required if you review every guest.
- Event Capacity: the maximum number of confirmed guests, and whether the waiting list is On or Off.
- Group registration: one ticket per attendee.
Change these with Edit Event, or from the registration and capacity settings.
Ticket types
Section titled “Ticket types”Choose New Ticket Type to add a ticket. Set its name, Price (EUR), Capacity, and optionally when Sales open and Sales close. Use several types for early-bird pricing, student tickets or VIP places.
If you haven’t connected Stripe yet, you’ll see Start selling → Get Started. See Sell tickets.
Things to know:
- A ticket type with a capacity stops selling when it’s Sold out, even if the event has room.
- Each guest buys one ticket.
- Changing a price doesn’t affect tickets already sold.
Vouchers (promo codes)
Section titled “Vouchers (promo codes)”- Under Vouchers, choose Create.
- Enter a Code, for example
EARLYBIRD. - Choose the Discount type: a percentage or a Fixed amount (EUR), and enter the Amount.
- Optionally set Max redemptions (leave empty for unlimited) and when it Expires.
- Save.
Guests enter the code at checkout. A code works on the event it was created for. You can also see and create codes for all of a group’s events in the group’s Payment tab under Vouchers.
Registration questions
Section titled “Registration questions”Ask guests for what you need: dietary requirements, T-shirt size, how they heard about the event.
- Under Quick Questions, choose whether Name, Email and Phone are Required or Optional.
- Under Custom Questions, choose Add Question. Enter the Question, choose Short answer or Choose from options (one option per line, at least two), and tick Required if needed.
Answers appear with each guest in the full guest list and in the CSV export.
Referral links
Section titled “Referral links”Every confirmed guest can share a unique referral link from the event page. Referrals are credited when someone registers through that link. See who brought whom on the Insights tab under Registration Referrals.
