Create an account and sign in
GatherEasy doesn’t use passwords. You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email, or with your Google or Apple account. If you don’t have an account yet, signing in for the first time creates one.
Sign in with your email
Section titled “Sign in with your email”- Open gathereasy.rsvp and choose Log in. You’re also asked to sign in when you try something that needs an account, like registering for an event.
- Enter your email address and choose Continue with email.
- Check your inbox for an email from GatherEasy. It has a sign-in link and a six-digit code.
- Click the link in the email, or type the code into Sign-in code and choose Verify code.
The code expires after 10 minutes and works once. If it has expired, request a new one.
Sign in with Google or Apple
Section titled “Sign in with Google or Apple”Choose Continue with Google or Continue with Apple on the sign-in screen and follow the steps on that provider’s page. You come back to GatherEasy signed in. If the Google or Apple account uses the same email as an existing GatherEasy account, you’re signed in to that account.
Set up your profile
Section titled “Set up your profile”The first time you sign in, GatherEasy asks you to Set up your profile:
- Full name: this is what other guests and hosts see.
- Bio (optional): a short line about your background and interests.
- Profile photo (optional).
Next, GatherEasy offers to Turn on notifications so it can let you know about invites, RSVPs and reminders before an event starts. Choose Allow notifications or Not now. You can change this later in Notifications.
You can update your profile at any time in Account settings. See Profile and settings.
Sign out
