## Share the link

- On the event page, use the share button at the top to open your device's share sheet, or the copy button to copy the link.
- On the management page, the **Overview** tab has the event link with a copy button under the poster preview.

If the event has a capacity, the share message mentions how many spots are left.

## Share a poster

Choose **Share poster** on the event page or the management page. GatherEasy makes a poster image of your event with a QR code. Choose **Share poster** to send it straight to an app, or **Save poster** to download it for printing or social media.

## Embed the event on your website

On the management page, open **More → Embed Event**:

- **Embed as Button**: a registration button that takes visitors to checkout.
- **Embed Event Page**: the whole event page.

Choose **Copy** and paste the code into your website.

Groups can embed a live list of all their events. See [Manage your group](https://help.gathereasy.rsvp/groups/create-and-manage.md#embed-events).

## Get featured

Public events with a cover image and a full description can be featured on GatherEasy's discovery pages and newsletters.

## Referrals

Every confirmed guest gets their own referral link when they share the event from the event page. When someone registers through it, the referral is credited. See them under **Insights → Registration Referrals**.

## Insights

The **Insights** tab shows how your event page is doing:

- **Page Views** for the past 24 hours, 7 days and 30 days, with a chart. Switch between **Past 24 Hours**, **Past 7 Days** and **Past 30 Days**.
- **Latest activity**: when the page was last viewed, and where the visitor came from.
- **Registration status**: going, pending and waitlisted.
- **Sources**: where visitors came from.
- **Cities**: where visitors are.
- **UTM Sources**: add `?utm_source=` to your link, for example `?utm_source=newsletter`, to see which channel brought people.
